Case Study 1: Creating a Teaming Culture through MVV

Our client is statutory board in Singapore. We conducted focus groups and interviews with Senior management, Supervisors and Staff to review their Mission, Vision and Values (MVV), and facilitated the articulation of a set of value-based bahaviour standards and practices as a basis for cultural change and organisation development.

Key Outcomes:
  • A launch was organised to announce the revised Mission Vision Values
  • fully-customised "All On Board" team building program incorporating Value-Based Behavior Standards was designed and developed
  • "All On Board" team building program rolled out to create awareness and buy-in across all members of the statutory board (1,500 staff) 

Case Study 2: Value Awareness Program

Our client is a multi-disciplinary engineering and architectural consultancy.
It currently has projects in 19 countries since its corporatisation, with an existing staff strength of about 2000.

Key Outcomes:
  • Facilitated development of Mission, Vision and Values through survey, focus groups and interviews
  • Facilitated the articulated of Value Based Behavior Standards that can be measured and monitored
  • Developed Values Awareness Program (VAP) in 1999 which is today its Induction Programme
  • Adopted the Train-the-Trainer approach to cascade its values throughout the organisation
  • Trained Senior Management staff (EVPs, SVPs) as Facilitators for the VAP
  • Trained 4 batches of trainers from 1999 to 2007 (Program enhanced in 2003 and 2007)
  • Induction Programme is now a core program which all existing and new staff attend

Our client is a non-profit organisation in Singapore with 25 years of presence.

Objectives:
  • To internalise espoused values and inculcate desirable key behaviours to achieve a high performance culture
  • To align the organisation to achieve the desired strategic outcomes

 

Key Outcomes:
  • Conducted Leadership Training Programme to solicit buy-in to desired leadership behaviours; address gaps in leadership skills
  • Conducted regular engagement sessions to reinforce "The Way We Work as a Management Team"  as well as "The Way We Work as an Organisation"
  • Facilitated strategic review discussions amongst management team to seek alignment on Strategic Outcome and Key Strategies, review organisation structure, processes and systems

Our client is an established leading global provider of technical services with 40 years of experience. They have 800 offices and a staff strength of 18,000 globally.

Objectives:
  • To build a consistent high performance culture to achieve their Vision and Mission

 

Key Outcomes:
  • Conducted a Culture Value Assessment to assess the current state
  • Facilitated retreats, dialogue and feedback sessions for the purpose of communicating the assessment
  • Developed a holistic Culture Transformation Roadmap
  • Designed and conducted Core Values Cascading Workshops to all staff (150 Leaders and Staff) of the organisation to ensure alignment
