Jacqueline has had over 20 years of broad based human resource, change management and business excellence consulting experience in both the public and private sectors. Jacqueline leads the Research & Insights, Business Excellence & Human Resources solution areas within aAdvantage Consulting.

Prior to founding aAdvantage Consulting, Jacqueline was an Associate Director in the Business Advisory Services Team in Ernst & Young Associates. Previously, she was a Manager in the Strategy Organisation and People Team in Arthur Andersen Business Consulting; and has also worked in KPMG Consulting for several years. She has consulted on projects in Singapore, Brunei and Thailand. Whilst in Arthur Andersen, Jacqueline represented the firm in SPRING Singapore’s Singapore Quality Award (SQA) Management Committee.

Prior to embarking on a consulting career, Jacqueline was a human resource practitioner. She was a human resource practitioner in a government statutory board. Thereafter, Jacqueline joined a local group of companies in a regional role in human resources covering Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.

Jacqueline’s broad-based management consulting experience covers organisational review and restructuring, change management, business excellence and HR consultancy. In the area of Research & Insights, Jacqueline has worked with numerous clients to design and conduct customised studies to measure stakeholder (customer and employee) perception to enable strategic and operational planning. In the area of HR Strategy & Transformation, Jacqueline has worked with public and private sector clients to enhance their HR capabilities including compensation and benefits design, development of performance management and learning and development systems and culture development. In the area of Business Excellence, Jacqueline works with long-standing clients to lead them to various Business Excellence certifications (Singapore Quality Class, People Developer, Innovation Class and Service Class).
