Singapore Quality Class (SQC) / Singapore Quality Award (SQA)

Launched in 1997, Singapore Quality Class (SQC) is the certification for overall business excellence standard. Organisations are assessed on 7 categories (i.e. Leadership, Planning, Information, People, Processes, Customers and Results).

To be certified, you must attain a score between 400-699 points in the assessment. Organisations with a score of 700 or more will be awarded the prestigious SQA.

 

People Developer (PD) / People Excellence (PE) Award

Launched in 1998, People Developer (PD) is the certification for the business excellence niche standard for people. It is a national recognition for organisations that have “world-class” systems and processes to achieve excellence through their people. It is particularly relevant to organisations that rely heavily on people to excel and assessments are based on 5 dimensions of excellence, namely, Leadership, Planning, Information, People and Results.

To be certified, you must attain a score between 400-699 points in the assessment. Organisations with a score of 700 or more will be awarded the prestigious People Excellence Award.


Singapore Innovation Class (I-Class) / Innovation Award (I-Award)

Launched in 2002, Singapore Innovation Class (I-Class) is the certification for the business excellence niche standard for innovation. The niche standard enables organisations to develop their innovation management capabilities. It is a national recognition for organisations that have attained excellence in their innovation management capabilities.  It is particularly relevant to organisations that rely on innovation as a growth strategy and assessments are based on 6 categories namely, Leadership, Planning, Information, People, Processes, and Results.

To be certified, you must attain a score between 400-699 points in the assessment. Organisations with a score of 700 or more will be awarded the prestigious Innovation Excellence Award.


Singapore Service Class (S-Class) / Service Excellence (SE) Award

Launched in 2003, Singapore Service Class (S-Class) is the certification for the business excellence niche standard for service. It is a national recognition for organisations that have attained excellence in their service capabilities specifically in service leadership, service agility, customer delight and customer experience. It is particularly relevant to businesses whose success depends greatly on delighting customers and assessments are based on 6 categories namely, Leadership, Planning, Information, People, Customer and Results.

To be certified, you must attain a score between 400-699 points in the assessment. Organisations with a score of 700 or more will be awarded the prestigious Service Excellence Award. 


SPRING Singapore Initiatives to Support SMEs

SME Management Action for Results (SMART) Initiative

Are you an SME? Get up to $3,500 in grant support from SPRING by leveraging the SMART initiative. Launched in 2007, the SMART Initiative helps Singapore-based small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) enhance their competitiveness by developing their business management capabilities using the Business Excellence framework. As SMART consultants, we can:-

· take you through a systematic approach in reviewing your systems and processes using the globally benchmarked
business excellence framework and diagnostic tools (such as HR and Customer Experience managment)

· assist in integrating the IMPACT initiative with SMART

· develop a roadmap and recommendations for you to address the gaps in your business

 

Innovation and Capability Voucher (ICV)

The ICV is a SPRING Singapore scheme that aims to encourage SMEs to start upgrading its capabilities in the areas of Productivity, Human Resource, Financial Management and Innovation. aAdvantage Consulting is approved as a service provider in the areas of Human Resource, Productivity and Service. SMEs can leverage the voucher worth $5000 to fund 100% of professional fees to set up various policies, processes or systems. As part of the ICV initiative, we can help you:
