The Culture Analysis module is ideal for organisations in the early stages of culture change or implementation journey as they seek data-informed insights to stocktake or guide their culture journey ahead.


It serves as the foundation by providing a thorough understanding of the current organisation culture, identifying strengths, areas for improvement, and key culture dynamics. This insight is crucial for informing and guiding subsequent steps in the culture transformation journey.


It also provides the basis for setting success measures to lead and manage organisation culture, pre- and post- implementation efforts.
