SWES 2019: Engaging a Future-Ready Workforce

aAdvantage Consulting has been conducting its Singapore Workforce Engagement Study since 2011. In 2018, feedback from over 2,000 employees across industries and profiles were gathered to understand what drives employee engagement. Areas highlighted as key drivers of employee engagement were consistent with previous years which include leadership, career growth opportunities, rewards and recognition and progressive HR practices.

We are happy to share the findings from aAdvantage’s latest Singapore Workforce Engagement Survey. We hope that our findings will provide SMEs with insights on key areas to drive employee engagement, as well as aid non-SMEs in further understanding how else they can continue sustaining employee engagement at a healthy level.
