SWES 2022: Employee Engagement in the Post COVID-19 Era

Find out how the COVID-19 crisis impacted employee engagement and uncover key drivers of employee engagement in the post-COVID era.

Many organisations have witnessed a permanent change in working arrangements when most were forced to adopt hybrid working models to cope with the COVID-19 pandemic. In turn, employees were impelled to adapt quickly to these changes. In the 2022 Singapore Workforce Engagement Study (SWES), we examined the after-effects of COVID-19 and are pleased to share our findings on employee engagement and experience in the post-COVID period.

Following through with our previous studies, we seek to understand how recovery from the COVID-19 crisis has impacted employee engagement and aim to uncover key drivers of employee engagement in the post-COVID era. In addition, key priority areas that can improve employee experience were ascertained.

We hope you find the results insightful and beneficial to the development of your organisation’s human capital strategies.
